Bill is a Fellow in ACI, former chair ACI 306 “Cold Weather Concreting” & ACI Convention Committee and current Hot Topic Committee Chair. Bill is the 2018 recipient of the National Chapter Activities Award for his long time dedication to the advancement of the goals to the ACI chapters.
Bill is a past President of the ACI National Capital Chapter in Washington, DC, (2016), the Concrete Industry Board, which is the NYC ACI Chapter (2007-2008), and current board member for NCCACI and CIB. Bill is currently on four ACI committees and three PCI Committees.
Bill has 36+ year’s experience in the concrete construction industry which includes being an engineering representative for another large admixture company, technical representative for a fly ash company, engineering representative for a national ready mix company and the executive director for a concrete association.
