Join the ICRI Pittsburgh on Monday December 5th as Phil Elgin from Wiss, Janney, Elstner provides a detailed review of a parking garage failure.  Mr. Elgin will present a case study of a collapsed precast double tee flange in a parking garage. Flanges were reinforced with carbon-fiber and connected with slip connectors. The presentation information includes original design and construction details, review of material studies, evaluation of the failure, and repair installation details.
