Please join the ICRI Pittsburgh on Tuesday May 14th as we welcome Fabrice Brugere and Bobby Irvin to speak about the repair of Post-Tension Concrete. Fabrice is the Owner of PT Tech, LLC, a Post-Tension consulting company specializing in training and technical support in new construction and repair / rehabilitation projects. Fabrice holds a master’s level Engineering degree from ESTP, Paris in construction. Fabrice is currently a PTI member - Chair of the unbonded PT repair, rehabilitation ; strengthening personnel certification (CRT-60) – voting member of the Unbonded PT personnel certification (CRT-30) and of the Certification Advisory Board (CAB).
Bobby Irvin is the President and Manager of Business Development at Strengthening Technologies, LLC., a strengthening of existing elevated concrete structures, both in new construction and rehabilitation projects. He holds a degree from Texas A&M University in Structural Engineering. His team works on structures across the entire continental United States. Bobby became heavily involved in PTI, ICRI, and Structures Congress and is very passionate about these organizations.
